My name is Wilco and I’m a multimedia sound designer, writer and producer. I’ve been recording music for more than 15 years now in various settings. From doing live band recordings, to co-producing and writing songs for other artists as well as mixing and audio-engineering work. When I work on my own original music, I am very much visually oriented. I love to create worlds based upon an emotional feeling and paint them with sounds, layering it altogether. This makes me rather versatile in my approach of doing production work. I enjoy composing cinematic pieces because it’s a field where I can find my escapism. At the same time I am not limited when it comes to creating something upbeat, modern and clubby. In my world, making music is all about transferring energy and aiming for the best quality for the listener to experience.
