About "Oscar Raga"
The Swedish musician is Stockholm based, but has roots from both Finland and Spain. Music has always been a great part of his life, and after participating in several teenage bands a more serious tone took shape and the rock band Jack's Residence was formed. Oscar constituted the role of both singer and songwriter. The band released a single and an EP that was later played in both radiostations and rock clubs around Europe.
The Oscar Raga project was born after Oscar and his dad went into the studio and recorded the song "Haka Haka" . The initial idea was to write songs for other artists. They we're asked if they we're interested to sell the song to Japan. However they thought the song was so good that they decided to release it by themself.
All music is written and produced by Oscar Raga and Papi Rock. Two generations of musicians who together have developed a secret recipe of taking something old and mixing it with something new.
They have released six songs so far. All with varied sound but where the foundation is Pop/Rock.
